Quote of the Day

"True faith is an active faith- not just a lot of head knowledge from sermons and Bible classes, but a way of living that embraces a mission of changing the world for the better through the power of God."

AMAZING WEEKEND

This past weekend was an absolute picture perfect weekend. We hope that you had a great weekend getting some rest for this week and enjoying the gorgeous weather! It feels like summer already like last year at this time. We are starting to think our summer events are too far off now. :)

For those of us who attended service on Sunday, God showed up! It was an incredible time together. If you are looking for something real in your life, come this Sunday to the Berkshire Dream Center at 1:00 for church!!

Thought for Today:
You will only have as much of God as you want. If you don't want Him at all, you won't have Him. If you want Him a little bit in your life that's all you will get. If you are hungry for more of God and desire Him to be part of your everyday life then watch out because He will be in an incredible way!!!

Have a blessed Monday! Don't forget that we are at the Center tonight from 4:00-5:00 for our discussion group and then from 5:00-6:00 for food, clothing, furniture, etc. Hope to see you later :)

Today is the Day

Love the song that we sang in church yesterday. It has been going through my head all morning because it gives such a clear message to how we should view today and every day. Let me share the chorus with you:

Today is the Day You have made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.
Today is the Day You have made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.
I won't worry about tomorrow, I trust in what You say.. Today is the Day!

How many of us worry about tomorrow and the things that we have to do? When we do that it takes away from us embracing today and the moments that we share now. Do you trust in God to take care of you or do you worry about the details in life that you can not even control?
